Branch Sales Manager | CASA | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

As a Branch Sales Manager CASA for  a leading bank, you will be responsible for drive sales team for acqusition of Current account and savings account and you will be the responsible person for generate the both account funding ,cross sell of other financial products.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA deposits and cross-sell other banking products. 
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. 
  3.  Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  4.  Train and motivate branch sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets. 
  5. Monitor and review branch sales staff performance and provide feedback. 
  6.  Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales. 
  7.  Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead. 
  8.  Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention. 
  9. Monitor and analyze customer trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition. 
  11.  Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. 
  12.  Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidates

we are looking for candidate with 4 years of team handling experiene in Banking/Securities/Mutual funds sales or who will be able to manage a team with BFSI sector sales experience with smart person can be consider for this role & they should have a deep understanding of banking product and services, be able to  identify customer needs and provide best  solution .
