Scope of the Role

Circle Sales Manager is responsible to handle a sales unit which include premium account managers and business banking sales managers. Responsible for managing and growing the Current account liability book for the region. acquire a quality mix of current account and increase the liability portfolio of the region.

Job Description

1) Responsible to acquire a current account liability book for the region.
2) Rest assure the quality mix of the book which include all kinds of clients include SME, MSME and corporate clients as well.
3) Identify the opportunity for business banking cross sell opportunities and provide best in class support.
4) Recruit train and develop Sales managers and Premium account managers for current account.
5) Conduct various marketing activities to create lead generating activities.
6) Drive both numbers and value.
7) Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are satisfied before forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing.

 

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with excellent current account sales exposure of atleast 10 years plus with minmum of 3+ years of team handling experience .Prefering local candidates with good understanding on the current product and business banking products.Process orientation is a must
