Scope of the Role

Being a Human Resource Analyst you will be responsible for gathering the completed data of the existing employees of the Bank to evaluate their Key Result Area, each employee's productivity, attrition, retention etc. 

Job Description

1)  Work on the employee life cycle management.

2) Gather the complete data of employees , evaluate the their KRA, Productivity, attrition and retention ..etc.

3) Work on the area of improvement on the above parameters and submit to the management timely.

4) Freequent connect to the employees on above parameters and advice to improve the retention rate.

5) Work with stakeholders to implement the stratageys to control the attrition and increase the productivity.

Ideal Candidates

preferring candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in HR , Preferably completed an MBA from a recognised university. Candidate must have currently handling the HR aspects of a large sized organisation and managing more than 1000 employees. Candidate should be excellent in data management and business analytics.
