Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Negotiate and manage corporate contracts and agreements
- Monitor and report on customer account performance
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs
