Job Description

KAM (Sales – Broking) role involves acquiring Demat and trading accounts through branch-based lead generation, converting walk-ins and referrals into active clients, and managing the complete sales cycle from sourcing to activation. The role requires strong relationship management, consistent target achievement, and a focus on client engagement and basic investment cross-selling.

Ideal Candidates

The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional with 2–3 years of experience in broking or equity sales, with a strong track record in Demat and trading account acquisition. They should be comfortable with field sales and branch coordination, capable of generating and converting leads independently. Strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders are essential. The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment, with a clear focus on closures and revenue generation. Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods are preferred.
