Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Work closely with stake holders, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives ..etc
Job Description
1) Create Sales strategies , Cross sell strategies to increase the overall efficiency of Corporate salary vertical.
2) Prepare the business plans , present to the corporates and internal stake holders ,implement the same with the support of product and sales team.
3) Frequent evaluation of the strategies implemented and take corrective measures to time time to achieve the plans.Track progress against milestones, and identify and resolve issues
4) Manage resources, teams, and budgets, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
5) Identify and manage risks, and create contingency plans .Strategic alignment: Ensure programs align with the organization's strategic goals.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for an MBA graduate from India’s Top B schools with at least 3+ years of experience in BFSI domain preferably in product development , strategy ..etc. Excellent in business presentations.
