Scope of the Role
As a NR Relationship Manager he will be primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the NRI customers of the bank. He/She will be responsible for acquisition of new NRI customers through referrals from existing customers,overseas branches, stock brokers, etc He/She will be responsible to maintain the existing customer relationship by providing them superior quality services and provide them best investment solutions according to the customer's needs.
Job Description
- Responsible for driving NR products of the bank to the existing NR customers or to new to bank customers.
- Will be responsible for new acquisition of NR accounts through referrals from existing customers, stock brokers, overseas branches, etc
- Responsible for maintaining a close contact with the NR customers through mails or phone calls.
- Maintain a track record of the customer visit.
- Should be responsible for customer engagement by cross selling investment products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc and Non Investment products like Forex, Remittances, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing the inflows and outflows of the existing customers.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with good communication skills preferably from banking industry, having sales experience in liability products, portfolio management, wealth management or experience in handling NR customers will be an ideal fitment.
