Scope of the Role

As a Relationship Manager NR  at a leading bank, the candidate is responsible for driving NRI products. His  role is to build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide them with the wealth related best solutions. He is also responsible for achieving the targets set by the bank. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of retail liabilities, NRI and Wealth related products.

Job Description

The candidate is responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential customers . Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of retail liabilities, NRI and Wealth related products . Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.  Monitor customer accounts and provide timely feedback to customers.  Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the banking industry. provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.  Analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.Prepare and present reports to senior management. 

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in the retail liabilities/CASA/TPP segment. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and should be able to build strong relationships with customers. The candidate should also be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks. The candidate should be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
