Scope of the Role
As an NRI Relationship Officer at a leading bank, you will be the go-to person for all NRI customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and helping customers with their banking needs. You will be the face of the bank and will be the first point of contact for NRI customers. You will be the bridge between the bank and the NRI customers, ensuring that their banking needs are met.
Job Description
• Establishes and maintains relationships with Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) • Develops and implements strategies to increase NRI/OCI customer base • Assists customers with opening accounts, transferring funds, and other banking services • Provides advice and guidance to customers on banking products and services • Monitors customer accounts and provides timely updates on account activity • Resolves customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Develops and maintains relationships with external partners to increase customer base • Identifies and implements new business opportunities to increase customer base • Develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote NRI/OCI banking services • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
