- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.

- Identifying training requirements that can foster a positive and productive sales environment.

- Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage sales team.
- Ensure timely completion of all trips and oversee daily trip completion reports.
- Coordinate with property owners for necessary documentation and payment details.
- Oversee the market dynamics, and ensure the reworked pricing is live accordingly.
- Confirm and update base rates for bookings, conducting regular pricing reviews.
- Implement shift changes as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
- Regularly review and analyse OTA bookings, optimizing pricing strategies.
