Scope of the Role
Managing the Corporate Salary business for the assigned region. Responsible for acquisition/ cross sell/ quality/ business growth/ revenue/ cost budgets for the year. Ensuring budgets for all parameters are met, including acquisition, salary upload growth, CASA growth, cross sell, and quality.
Job Description
- Recruiting, training and handholding area sales managers/ sales managers/ and FOS team for delivery of business and quality numbers.
- Managing quality parameters pre acquisition and post-acquisition of corporates and customers.
- Drive growth in corporate salary portfolio by acquiring strategic accounts and deepening relationships with existing corporates.
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring of key parameters (profitability, ticket size, competitor metrics) across corporate accounts/segments and undertake course correction decisions.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the business and ensure the adherence to internal/regulatory compliances in all activities.
- Collaborate with the Platforms Head and Head of Retail Ops to facilitate seamless customer experiences through leading technologies and efficiencies
Ideal Candidates
Preferring candidates with excellent Corporate Salary sales experience on a middle level or upper middle level role. Locally experienced candidates with excellent team handling experience are ideal for the role.
