Scope of the Role
To lead, drive and achieve sales targets for assigned regions through the dealer and the empaneled bank branches. Responsible for managing a big Team Size effectively. He has to manage- Managers’ Manager. Responsible for the total P&L.
Job Description
• Drive and achieve sales target for his region with a lead-front attitude. Able to manage 100 Cr+ Vol on month on month basis.
• P&L driven sales approach with focus on all business parameters.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Passion to achieve and drive for business, Entrepreneur approach.
• Data oriented and can execute Organization plan effectively.
• Exhibit leadership quality to drive and motivate team members to achieve desire result.
• Ability to manage big Team Size effectively. He has to manage- Managers’ Manager. On roll team Size of 35+ Employees and 100+ D0.
• Can interact with Dealer principle and OEM and roll out local schemes and credit products.
• Manage Inventory funding dealers, Infant and PDD management. Open for new ideas and plan.
Dealer channel management- Sourcing business from Car loan dealers as well as from empaneled Bank's branches.
• Good at MIS and Written and verbal Communication. Skill set require to effectively manage Finance Manager/General Manager/CEO of Car dealers.
• Focus on Fee based income and ability to Cross sell other products. Ability to manage a Team size of 4-5 RM and 20+ DST.
• Passion to achieve and drive for business, Entrepreneur approach.
• Data oriented and can execute Organization plan effectively. Service oriented with will to go extra mile to serve channel effectively.
• PDD management and release Channel Payout on monthly basis.
• Infant Management.

Looking for candidates with excellent experience in Auto loans. candidates should also have experience in handling branch business and dealer management. Candidates form any other retail loans with a good knowledge of Auto loans can also be considered.
