Scope of the Role
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the new car loan & top up loan business for the state. Managing a large business unit of Relationship Managers and Area Sales Managers to achieve the business target. Generate leads through Dealerships for new car loans and cross sell the top up loans to the existing clients .
Job Description
1) To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved.
2) Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Car loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
3) Retain and expand the company's base of customers for retail loan product so as to ensure repeat business or referrals.
4) Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business.
5) Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
6) Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers & Area Managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area.
7) Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
8) Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies.
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidature should hold 10 year plus experience in Car loan sales , preferably with any leading NBFCs. Candidate should have good connect on the dealer networks. Ideal candidate should hold at-least 5 years plus team handling experience also needed.
