Regional Service Manager – HNI Banking – A leading Bank
Regional service manager is responsible to handle the entire service requirements of the HNI / UHNI Clients (Premium clients) across the region with the support of a team of Service RMs. Needs to work closely with the premium relationship managers of the bank , Support them to provide the best in class service experience to their clients.
Job Description
1) RSM will be responsible person for entire premium banking
clients service needs of the Region.
2) Manage a team of service RMs across the region.
3) Rest assure the quires and service requests of the clients are
addressed within the TAT.
4) Train the team to deliver the best-in-class service experience to the
assigned premium clients.
5) Identify the cross-sell opportunities on the assigned portfolio and
support the RMs to increase the wallet share.
6) Manage the HNI client life cycle with the bank.
Ideal Candidates
Preferring female candidates with excellent HNI (Premium banking) service experience with any leading banks or wealth management companies. Female candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience as a Wealth Relationship Manager also can apply for the role. Candidate should aware about the regulations of the governing bodies regarding the various investments and wealth products. Area/branch service managers of AMCs also can apply for the above position.
