Scope of the Role
Manage a unit of Relationship Managers for developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue for the assigned HNI & UHNI Client base Will be Responsible for meeting the unit target of the team with portfolio size of 800 to 1000 crore. Candidate should be able to effectively manage a team, build strong relationships with clients, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description
1) To handle a team of 4 to 6 Preferred Relationship Manager.
2) Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth customers through joint call.
3) Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and online trading etc. and achieving the Branch targets.
4) Ensuring the Income Product Holding (IPH) of the Relationship manager Portfolio and initiating thrust on Cross sell.
5) Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio.
6) Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager Team.
7) To ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File .
8) Achievement of Relationship Manager targets.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with at least 12 years plus expereince in wealth management domain can be ideal for the above role . Candidates with exposure in Broking industry, Branch banking or Bancassurance also apply for the above position. Team handling exposure of at least 2 year is a must incase if candidates are experienced Broking, Banca or Retail branch banking . We are preferring candiates who can join <30 days.
