Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Ideal Candidates
Preferring candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience in CASA, Bancassurance, wealth management ,Relationship management experience with any leading banks, insurance companies or wealth management companies. Candidates should have excellent sales flair and good communication is a must.
