Relationship Manager | HNI Client handling | Platinum Banking

Scope of the Role

As a Relationship Manager for HNI Clients at a Leading Bank, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients. You will be the go-to person for all their banking needs and provide them with the best possible service. You will be the face of the bank and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. You will be the bridge between the bank and our clients, and your role will be essential in helping us build a strong and lasting relationship with them.

Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients to ensure their banking needs are met.
  2.  Provide advice and guidance to HNW clients on banking products and services.
  3. Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure they are meeting their financial goals.
  4.  Develop and implement strategies to increase client assets and profitability.
  5.  Identify and develop new business opportunities with HNW clients.
  6.  Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure the best possible service for clients.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and policies.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  9. Monitor and review market trends to ensure clients are informed of any changes.
  10. Manage client expectations and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  12.  Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible service for clients.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for an ideal candidate who is light hearted and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be a Relationship Manager for HNI Client handling for a Leading Bank. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking sector and should be able to handle high net worth clients. He/She should be able to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with the best services. The candidate should be able to think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions to the client's needs. He/She should be able to work in a team and have a positive attitude.
