Scope of the Role
Relationship Manager will be the bridge between the bank and the insurance company,Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the bank's customers, understanding their needs and providing them with the best life insurance solutions.
Job Description
1) Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
2) Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3) Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
4) Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
5) Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
6) Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
7) Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
8) Meeting sales/revenue targets.
9) Ensuring client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidate should hold at least 1 year of sales experience with any BFSI Company. Preferably candidates with insurance. Looking for candidates who can join <30 days .Canddiates should hold excellent communication skill and willingness to handle sales roles as well.
