Scope of the Role

Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives. One point of contact for all banking needs , wealth advisory services for the Premium and super premium clients assigned. Increasing the portfolio by adding premium segment clients. 

Job Description

1)     Develop trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients to mitigate the risk of client attrition to competitors.

2)     Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

3)     Continuously propose solutions that align with customer objectives to expand existing relationships.

4)     Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.

5)     Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams.

6)     Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

7)     Contribute significantly to generating new sales and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

8)     Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Ideal Candidates

Relationship Managers with any banks or wealth management companies who is holding at least 5 plus years of experience in HNI or UHNI client management. Preferring candidates who are experienced locally and ideal age for the role should be less than 40 yrs.
