The Risk Execution Specialist will be responsible for managing risk processes for the company while working closely with partner business teams. Responsible for monitoring the complete operations activities involving
policy execution/underwriting, portfolio reporting, etc
Job Description
driving the overall timebound risk operational activities and its KPIs, activities involving policy execution/underwriting, portfolio reporting, etc
● developing, implementing and governing KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs (risk, collections, partner), providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all activities
● managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) for ensuring end objective delivery requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
● identifying and setting up new processes by working with multiple cross-functional teams.
● designing SOPs and metrics of the new processes being set up.
● driving continuous improvement culture by identifying process gaps, automating manual error points and creating monitoring and corrective controls.
● leading business critical high impacting activities and ensures they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected measurable output.
● supporting team members as-needed to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc.
● updating SOPs and metrics basis performance analysis of the running processes,
support in team tech architecture revamp/upgradation.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with experience working with tech and risk teams in NBFCs/Fintechs with strong stakeholder management experience. Applicant must have experience managing prioritization, risk tasks keeping user experience and business requirements in the picture. Must be able to identify gaps and communicate with tech, product, risk, business, and leadership. proficiency in excel, google sheets, SQL, tableau, databricks is mandatory.
