Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of business loans for a leading bank.
  2. Analyze customer needs and develop loan products to meet those needs.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other departments.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote business loan products.
  6. Monitor and analyze performance of loan products and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new business. 

Ideal Candidates

  • Should have a proven track record in business loan sales and a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Should have sound knowledge to handle secured loan
