Job Description

As a senior sales manager,you are  responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales targets and objectives.The branch banking products like Savings accounts and current account acquisition will be the job role along with team handling. We are currently hiring for Senior manager Role at different pan India locations - of kerala &TN .which includes Kochi,Karur,Salem,Thirunelveli,Ooty,Tuticoirn..Job role  involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and negotiating contracts and deals. If you  have a proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams and motivating them to exceed targets. As a senior sales manager,you are responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular reports to senior management. you are responsible for  conducting sales training and coaching sessions to develop the skills and knowledge of my team members.
