  • Experience in property Onboarding
  • Expertise in Supply Management and Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
  • B2B Sales experience is preferable.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Handle incoming service calls with a courteous and professional approach. Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve complete satisfaction.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the team to drive performance and meet sales goals. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Coordinate offline sales and corporate sales. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the agency's reach.Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.Foster relationships with existing clients and cultivate new client relationships.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the travel company.
