Scope of the Role

BBSM is responsible to handle a premium current account acquisition managers. Responsible to acquire quality mix of current accounts from the market. Increase the NTB and existing clients  liability book for the bank. Identify the cross sell opportunities to the current account customers.

Job Description

1) Handle a team of current account acquisition managers for generating the business.Recruit and train the team according to the budget.

2) Identify the opportunity of cross sell for business banking and wealth products for the bank.

3) Support the team for HNI Client meetings and demonstrate the closing techniques to the team.

4) Conduct marketing campaign to generate the quality current account leads for the bank.

5) Create and maintain proper MIS of the prospects , RM client meetings and business acquisition properly.

6) Drive NTB and value. Adhere the compliance regulations on client on boarding and compliance norms of the governing bodies has to be adhered.



Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with atleast 5 years plus experience in current account sales. Person should have good understanding on the KYC guidelines of current account product. 1 year plus team handling expereince will be an added advantage.
