Scope of the Role
Sales Manager Home loans /Lap is responsible to drive the business through DSA Channels. Increase the number builder relations, connectors to create pipeline for future business. Consistent effort to improve the builder relationship and thereby increasing the business.
Job Description
1) Generate Home Loan leads from DSAs.
2) Build a DSA Network in the assigned territory.
3) Maintain productive relationships with channel partners and customers.
4) Conduct Marketing support to generate quality leads for HL/LAP.
5) Manage MIS and proper reporting to the senior management.
6) Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
7) Monitoring daily logins and disbursals of the DST and reporting to management.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Home Loan/ LAP sales .Candidate must have experienced in DSA channel and needs to have good connect across the DSAs. Ideal to be aged between 27 to 32yrs.
