Scope of the Role
Driving the business through a network of Direct sales agencies. Maintain frequent connects with the DSAs, Train them support them and acquire quality clients for the business. Coordinate with operations team for the smooth onboarding of the clients.
Job Description
1) Driving the business through DSA Channel by maintaining the steady relationship and meet the sales targets on monthly basis.
2) Maintain the active relationship with at 10 to 12 DSA- s.
3) Monitoring daily logins and disbursals and reporting to management.
4) Execution of Sales promotion activities. Ensuring of login of complete files as per checklist.
5) Taking the ownership of early delinquencies and working closely with the collection team to resolve the issues if any.
6) Taking active participation with Ops team for resolving of PDD. (Post disbursal document).
7) Daily visits to the DSA office, regular training of Chanel Partner and promoting scheme to increase the business.
8) Ensuring the timely pay-out of the channel partner.
9) Scan the local market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis, guiding team members on possible opportunities and challenges.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with good experience in retail assets. Candidate must have good connects with DSA networks locally. Preferring age up to 32 yrs.
