Scope of the Role
As a Sales Officer for current account you will be solely responsible for sourcing high quality current account variants, managing HNI client relationship and help them managing their funds. You will responsible for promoting and cross selling other banking products along with current accounts. Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
Job Description
1) Responsible for acquisition of quality current account variants, identifying correct segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.2) Ensuring the activation done within the TAT period, ensure intitial handholding and followup for repeat funding of acquired customers.3) Revenue acquisition by cross selling other banking products.4) Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and give appropriate solutions to address the concerns.5) Maintaining MIS reports, ensure KYC norms and complete adherence according to SEBI guideliness.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with good communication skills having relevant BFSI sales experience, b2b sales exposure or enterprise sales exposure in fintech industry, telecom industry can also be considered for this role.
