Scope of the Role

  • Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals. 
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the bank and that their needs are met.

Job Description

  • Service RM provides a wide range of financial services to the customers.
  • Ability to exchange information cleraly and concisely
  • Design and analyse moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements
  • Provide basic assistance within a specific section of the company's customer service function

Ideal Candidates

  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
  • Have a good understanding of banking products and services, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
