Scope of the Role
The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing the MIS operations of the bank's branches in the state. You will be the go-to person for all MIS related queries and will be responsible for ensuring that the MIS operations are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing MIS strategies to ensure that the bank's branches are running efficiently to support the Bank's Regional Head in evaluating all the department's performance and the P&L.
Job Description
- Develop and implement MIS strategies and plans to ensure the efficient and effective use of the Bank’s resources.
- Monitor and analyze MIS performance and recommend improvements to ensure the Bank’s objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain MIS systems and databases to support the Bank’s operations.
- Manage the development and implementation of MIS projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of MIS data.
- Develop and maintain MIS policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze MIS trends and recommend changes to ensure the Bank’s objectives are met.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the effective use of MIS systems.
- Provide MIS training and support to staff.
- Monitor and analyze MIS performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate should have excellent MIS coordinating experience being in any financial institution. The candidate must possess decent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of MIS and banking operations. They should also be able to work independently and have a light-hearted attitude. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
