Scope of the Role
Territory Business Manager will be responsible to handle a team of 2 to 3 BRO s . Responsible to make sure the KRA of RO s of the unit . TBM also has individual targets and looking for ward to disburse a business volume of close to 10 creore per annum.
Job Description
1) Should be able to bring out the best from the team and create value for all stakeholders
2) Needs to have good knowledge of Local market. Must understand clients business & provide appropriate products
3) Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
4) Has to work closely with DSA’s/Branch Banking teams for new customer addition & ensure closure.
5) To cross sell various products like Current Account/Term Deposits/Transaction Banking/Trade Finance to the primary Relationship & Group companies.
6) To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
7) Focus to continually increase the Book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
8) To understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with at-least 2 to 3 years of experience in working capital sales. Preferably an MBA holder with excellent understanding of working capital credit side as well.
