Scope of the Role
As a Territory Manager for Franchisee Business (B2B) will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new franchisee partnerships in the BFSI sector. Role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential partners, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Job Description
· Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new franchisee partners in the BFSI sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including brokers, distributors, and financial institutions.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and assess market trends and competition.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new franchisee partners.
· Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business partnerships.
- Knowledge of broking and distribution industry practices and trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
