Scope of the Role
Training Manager | Gold Loan Vertical | A leading Bank
Responsible to train the entire GL business unit about the product, process and regulatory guidelines. Improve the overall GL Business efficiency by providing proper training to the team across all business permeameters.
Job Description
1) Develop and implementing training programs to ensure employees have the skill and knowledge needed to perform their job.
2) Identifying training needs and priorities through needs assessments, performance evaluations and stakeholder feedback.
3) Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make continuous improvements.
4) Develop and maintain the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
5) Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
6) Track and report on training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.
7) Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in training and development.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates holding at least 8 + years of experience in GL vertical with any banks or leading NBFCs can be consider for the above role ,Provided the candidates has excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidates currently working as a training manager with GL industry also can be considered for the same.
