Scope of the Role

Branch Mangers  will be responsible for the overall success of the retail branch.  BM will be a leader, Manage the entire sales, operations and compliance requirement of the branch.

Relationship Managers - Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank and achieving the targets assigned in terms of cross selling and Acquisitions

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue. 
  2. Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
  3. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies. 
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  5. Analyze market trends and make recommendations to clients on portfolio adjustments.
  6.  Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on client investments. 
  7.  Research and identify new investment opportunities for clients. 

Ideal Candidates

BM  -  Candidates with 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking as Branch Manager , Relationship Manger , Branch Operations Manager, Sales Manager in any Leading bank.

RM - Candidates  having good experience in handling HNI / Corporate clients , selling multiple products from Banks, Securities, Insurance  other BFSI  can be considered.
