Branch Mangers will be responsible for the overall success of the retail branch. BM will be a leader, Manage the entire sales, operations and compliance requirement of the branch.

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations to clients on portfolio adjustments.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on client investments.
- Research and identify new investment opportunities for clients.
Ideal Candidates
BM - Candidates with 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking as Branch Manager , Relationship Manger , Branch Operations Manager, Sales Manager in any Leading bank.
RM - Candidates having good experience in handling HNI / Corporate clients , selling multiple products from Banks, Securities, Insurance other BFSI can be considered.
