Scope of the Role
As a Relationship Manager for affordable housing loans you will be responsible for sourcing and managing loans through DSA and through other channels to meet the business targets.
Job Description
1) Sourcing new to bank clients through market visits, developers, and Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to build the Affordable Housing Loan portfolio. 2)Managing end to end loan life cycle; by lead generation,application filing, from document collection to loan disbursement. 3) Handling client queries, managing existing relationships, and cross-selling other banking products. 4) Coordinating with Internal Teams (Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical) to ensure compliance with company risk policies.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with minimum 3 years experience in home loans/affordable homeloans, LAP, mortgage loans can be considered for the role.
