Relationship Manager | Business Banking | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new to bank customers and maintain relationships and also providing financial solutions, acting as a bridge between the bank and the customer, ensuring that customer's business is running smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for giving quality services and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers, handling multiple branches in the mapped area.

Job Description

1) Identifying the potential customers, building and maintaining the relationship with the existing and new to bank customers. 2) Achieving overall business targets on volumes and profitability for customers. 3) Maintaing relationship with internal and external team for smooth dibursement of loans. 4) Ensuring high quality services, client satisfaction and taking care of all banking needs of the customer. 5) Ensure achievement of the Topline Business Targets by sourcing business through channel teams. 6) Adherence to rules and regulations, resolving the compliance within the TAT period.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with minimum 4 years experience in handling working capital products with strong understanding of financials and balance sheets, having strong analytical ability and negotiation skills will be an ideal fitment.
