Responsible for Virtual acquisition of Channel partners , Manage them to generate the review- Company provide a wealth tech platform which provides unique opportunities to the clients and channel partners to provide the best in class services ,Opportunities to evaluate the existing portfolio with AI Support and provide recommendations according to the client needs.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Drive acquisition of channel partners including IFAs, MFDs and corporate partners
• Build and manage a strong network of distributors to increase product penetration and AUM growth
• Enable partners to effectively distribute financial products by providing training, product knowledge, and sales support
• Develop and execute strategies to activate inactive distributors and improve productivity of existing partners
• Promote a wide range of investment products, including:
o Mutual Funds
o Fixed Deposits
o PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
o AIF (Alternative Investment Funds)
o Bonds and Structured Products
• Work closely with partners to identify client opportunities and support them in closing business
• Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and joint client calls
• Monitor partner performance, track business metrics, and drive revenue through channel productivity
Ideal Candidates
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Finance, Business, or related field)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales / distributor management in financial services
• Strong network or experience working with IFAs, MFDs, or wealth distributors
• Good understanding of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, FDs, Bonds, etc.
• Proven ability to drive partner acquisition and engagement
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
